New cooker hood

We have a circulation-only cooker hood and, last winter, we had problems with condensation. We have been advised to install an extractor hood instead. A handyman told me yesterday to look online and see what I could find as you can often get good deals. However, I have no idea what a good deal would look like. All I can tell is whether they are cheap or not.

Does anyone know if this is a good deal? I guess the extraction rate it mentions will be important but how important? I honestly have no idea what will be good enough to do the job. I am happy to pay money for a decent one but don't want to overpay for something I don't need.

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
