Joint Account - Reducing Confusion!

Hiya folks,
For a while now myself and the other half have been getting muddled up with the money as one of us pays the rent, other pays the bills and I give the other half money towards to rent, less than my half as I pay the bills. Confusing I know!
We are after a joint bank account so that the rent and all bills can come out of one place, and we each put in an equal share on payday.
Neither of us have very good credit ratings and I was wondering if there are any joint accounts suitable for us? I've done some searching but not come up with anything at the moment
Any advice welcome

With Not so good credit ratings I would be surprised if another bank will give you a joint current account.0

Which one of you is best for budgeting?
That person should set up one account for bills the other person should arrange transfers to it on payday.

Most basic bank accounts can be opened jointly.
Pay in 60% of the total each. That way you'll have a bit left over.0
