  • When would they pay out their first dividend then. Always good to rotate some profits in and out if possible, market seems to have already done well

The price range today with unconditional trading is 187.62p - 189.50p.

I could take some profit of around 7.5%, but intend to wait it out for a bit yet to see how things develop.

Two things to look at here I'm guessing...the price of DL of course...the other the stock market rally in general which has been going since June..
If theres any kind of correction in the markets then I would imagine DL will go with it...

According to their prospectus, they aim to pay their first dividend, for the y/e 31 Dec 12, in the second quarter of 2013.

I just sold @ £1.9435, which I'll probably regret later, but my plan was always hopefully for a quick profit and I ended up with 11%.

me too on friday - at £1.94 flat for 10%ish - happy with that, easy 10% was all i was after from it.

You won't regret it - never regret booking a profit.

RBS still owns 66% of DLG so can anyone remember the terms of a possible sale by them, surely they benefit from a strong price
