Dont forget to read the questions carefully as some of them are very ambiguous and seem to have 2 right answers. Take your time there is plenty.I like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0

Yes they put lots of double negatives etc so you read the questions incorrectly. make sure you read everything slowly and digest it before answering - if its seem there are two right answers to the question there usually is and its a matter of luck
I'd hate to do that exam again, FPC was far easier don't you think Helpful?I am a Mortgage Adviser

I only did the bridge paper because I had FPC anyway but I found it dead easy apart from a section in the middle thet was all about solicitors and had nothing to do with mortgages.MortgageMamma wrote: »

The worst financial services paper I have passed was advanced taxation and trusts not because it was difficult but because it was so incredibly boring. That was in 1994 so Ive forgotten it all anyway.I like to give people as many choices as possible to do what I want them to. (Milton H Erickson I think)0 -

Some of those questions are VERY ambiguous!
Today's CeMap 2 should be okay - tomorrow's CeMap 3 I really don't know!
We shall see!0 -
I bought the IFS Competence Development Tool - but from someone selling one on Ebay, not £160!
I have found that to be very useful. The synoptic section, which is CeMap 3 has dozens of case histories within it. I did another one this morning and 4 out of the 6 cases were totally new to me - I have been doing these tests every day for nearly two weeks. No wonder I am pink-eyed! The mock tests for CeMap 2 I have been doing four times per day.
I haven't looked at the CeMap 1 questions yet! I have a week-long course starting 23rd April for CeMap 1. Will look at those questions when I get these first two over with!0 -
thanks again for the papers
cemap1 is incredibly annoying and extremely boring0
