It's SirMarcus' website and he used to ramp it a lot to any question on consumer rights.

He occasionally pops up to poke fun at some of the regulars that lampooned him and have since been PPR'd but he is far less active now. I am not sure whether he realised his responses were often inappropriate or just found some other haunt to hang around.
