Hi we were originally looking at a keepmoat new build but decided on an older house instead.
If you have a look on their Facebook page you will see quite a few comments from unhappy buyers who have reported problems but don't seem to be getting anywhere with them.
The house we looked at was beautiful but when we looked closer there was lots of cracks on the outside of the building. The garden had all the rubble left underneath the grass as well.
Double check wih them because on the house we wanted you had to lay a service charge of 18 per month for your parking space. This goes up every year and is paid to a separate company from keepmoat. We decided against it because the social housing people didn't have to pay it.
Do lots of research first. If you decide for it never use their mortgage advisers and get them to drop thr price as they are generally over proved. We negotiated 10k to be dropped off before we chickened out0 -

It doesn't let you on my iPhone but thanks for the advise0
