Buyer hasn't collected

I sold a cot on eBay 2 weeks ago. I stated it was PayPal or cash on collection. The buyer contacted me straight away to say they would collect and pay cash. They arranged for a week later but never turned up. Sent a message asking what was happening and she apologised saying the van had broken down and she would be in touch to re-arrange. Surprise surprise a week has gone by and I've heard nothing. I've sent two more messages askin what's happening but no response.
Is there anything I can do now or do I just have to re-list it and lump it? Can I contact eBay about it or can nothing be done because although she won the auction with her bid, she hasn't paid me yet?
Thanks

You can open a non paying buyer case against her, which I would do at this stage as it would force her hand to either come collect it or allow you to relist and not incur fees."So long and thanks for all the fish" :hello:0

Hey, I've just opened a case stating that buyer hasn't paid. Can you tell me what happens next? Do eBay contact them? I haven't done this before so not sure of what I need to do next?
Thanks0 -
Ebay will contact the seller then they either ignore it or pay.
What are you going to do if they pay by paypal then open a case against you saying 'not as described' even without seeing it?
Hopefully you will be lucky and buyer will ignore it and get a NPB strike.
You can't resell the item until this is resolved as they may turn up and collect it eventually.0 -
don't resell until the original transaction is cancelled.0
