Anyone recommend an xbox live code seller?

I've just had a strange transaction with electronicfirst.com. I've used them before to buy xbox live codes with no issues but this time they sent an email saying all new customers (I'm not?) had to supply verification by giving a mobile number AND a house phone number.
The email said the code would not be sent unless I supplied both phone numbers.
I replied with the house number but stated my mobile was away for repair (it fell).
They cancelled the order and refunded my Paypal account.
What a weird way to do business. :huh:
So I need a new seller to buy from. Has anyone used an ebay seller for codes?
