TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Open to all residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over except employee of the Promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.

2. This promotion opens on 13.09.12 and closes on 31.01.13.

3. The prize is; a set of limited edition Ten Green Bottles being 10 x Gordon’s Gin 70cl bottles each with a unique limited edition Conran-designed label, including delivery to UK mainland address.

4. 1 winner will be drawn at random on 01.02.13 and notified by 12.02.13 by post, phone or text. If the Promoter is unable to contact an entrant drawn by 23.02.13 after making reasonable efforts to do so, that entrant will forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant drawn at random.

5. The winner must accept his/her prize within 24 hours of receiving notification. In the event the winner does not accept the prize by this time, they shall forfeit his/her prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant drawn electronically at random.

6. Delivery of 1st draw prizes will only be made to the winner or a recipient (on behalf of the winner) aged 18 or over and ID may be required for verification. Please note the prizes may be subject to change from those pictured.

7. The promoter does not accept responsibility for lost, delayed or damaged items. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final

8. The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. The winner’s name can be found out by sending an SAE to "Gordon's-gin.co.uk Year’s Supply of gin Draw", Diageo GB, Lakeside Drive, London NW10 7HQ after 12.02.2013.

9. The prize will be delivered in monthly instalments (maximum 10 bottles over a 1 year period). Please allow 30 days for delivery of the first instalment from 31.01.13 and 30 days for delivery for consecutive instalments of your prize. Delivery will only be made to the winner or a recipient (on behalf of the winner) aged 18 or over and ID may be required for verification.

10. If the Gordon’s glass is damaged on receipt, the participant should photograph the broken glass and send in the photograph with their name, address and contact details to (clause 8) within 7 working days of receipt.

11. The winners may be required to take part in publicity. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, temporarily suspend or withdraw this promotion in its absolute discretion provided that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably.

13. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.

14. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
