Best/cheapest way to send heavy parcel to Malta

Hi guys, title says it all really. The parcel is just under 3kg and just under 30cm x 30cm x 30cm. I've checked parcel2go but all options seem very expensive

Malta is quite expensive. I've seen flights listed at less than they quote for sending a parcel, if I get a good enough order I may just take it myself!.0
