I know this has been posted before but they seem to be older posts.
I have 6 years no claims discount from Libya (in English) and would like to know if anyone knows which car insurances will accept this?
Thanks

None, as far as I am aware. Think you will starting from scratch.
Try Adrian Flux. The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.0 -
Providing the English version of the No Claims Bonus is on the Libyan Insurers headed paper and states the correct information there are a few companies that will.
Your best bet would be to try proper brokers in areas with lots of returned ex pat communities such as Aberdeen or a broker with a large Arab community eg Edgware Rd in London or in an area with a large Armed Forces garrison as they have armed forces coming back from all over the world with no claims.
I'd try Aberdeen area first as they will have plenty of ex oil workers returning from areas such as Libya.
You might find them expensive the first year but they will normally issue you a proper UK no claims bonus at the first renewal which you can then use with anyone. It's worth asking them what proof of no claims bonus they will issue you at renewal0
