Can anyone tell me, can you just order from very and use usual bank card? When I register it seems is am agreeing to take out a new account and credit agreement, how does it all work as I'm looking for an innotab for ds birthday. Thanks
A happy wife, and mum to 2 lovely little boys :j
  • Hi does anyone know of any cheap original innotabs? I'm not bothered about getting the new one as little one is only three and I don't want it to be wasted on her. I'm so cross I missed out on the £24 debenhams offer, does anyone know if there is anything similar about? Thanks

I've been on the phone to Very today, they aren't honouring the £30 code on a £60 spend with the Innotab.

ETA; cancel that it does work, I was told wrong info on the phone, see post below :)

You have to sign up for a credit account when you register, but can pay in full by card. Just ensure you use this option when you checkout

he didn't really have a reason, he just said my order had been denied as they were unable to get neccessary authorisation from the powers that be. He rang back not long ago though, apparently it was nothing to do with the voucher code and they needed to do a security check with me, they only asked me how long i lived at our address despite already inputting that info online but anyway, they've honoured it now due for delivery tomorrow :j
  • if I order from very and put it on my account, will the £30 come off before I have to settle the balance? I am worried that I will have to pay the £75 & then will be left with £30 of credit in my account if that makes sense? I will only be opening the account to buy the innotab! & then will close it again once I have recieved it. Hope that makes sense?

I think you get account credit - the policy is on their website. If you pay by card they take the £75 but then refund the £30 by the time it is dispatched. This is as per their website and also what happened with my delivery (I ordered on 22nd and it was dispatched 23rd. I had the refund processed back to my card on 23rd)
