Porto toilet spares

I bought a Porto toilet from B&Q a few years ago. The push buttons that operate the flush and the threaded component that they sit on top of are made from cheap & nasty plastic and have now broken. B&Q advise that they can only get me the entire cistern flush system and considerable expense. I have failed to locate the original manufacturer or a supplier who can provide spares. (B&Q next to useless) Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi, did you have any luck with spares for this? As my Porto cistern is now in a similar state and after a week or so of flushing it manually it's getting a little tiresome!
Any help you could give would be appreciated.
Best,
