Buy it now how do I do it?

I would like to sell a item on buy it now only but how do I do that as when I try to do it I have to start it off with bids as well but not just buy it now.

In the search results, there are 3 tabs at the top (directly above the list of items). They say "all items" "auctions only" and "buy it now." Click buy it now to show BIN items only.

Sorry i missed out the Sell bit on my post.

i mean i want to sell something on a buy it now only.

When you list , assuming you are doing that direct on eBay using advanced sell, there are tabs just above the box where you enter the price. You need to select 'fixed price' format.
