After ignoring these letters for months, we have now had a County Court letter. Will need to figure out how to defend this; and yes it is a genuine notice. Arghhhh.0

You don't have to work it out alone. The vast majority of PPC punts at a Small claim are dropped like a hot potato when they see there's a proper defence.

Same happened to me but I resolved it. When you register, you will have an email sent to your email address. You have to follow the link from that to verify your account. Worked for me after I did that.
