We moved into our house a month ago and prepay meter was with eon. We switched to Bg as prices were similar and Bg let you top up online.
Until the switch we were using 5-7£ a week. The switch happened on Thursday and this morning (sat) we have run out of gas and on emergency credit - so £5 in less than 48 hrs, similar possibly even less usage in that time. I dread to think what will happen come winter.
Any ideas? What's going on? Is it worth ringing Bg (the incompetent switch makes me not want to do this. )
Can we switch back?

yeah you can switch back, the suppiers charge maybe higherDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
