20 inch tv with freeview

Need to find the above for my son, any one recommend a good tv (hd) with freeview incorporated? Maybe would go slightly larger, I think he wants to spend between £300 and £350. Thank you!!

I have just bought (delivered tomorrow) a 27" LCD TV. HD Ready, no freeview. I got it from Intekx (dont know how to do links) Its an AOC L27W551T

I'm very pleased with my Panasonic. It's a 26" and the picture and sound are both excellent (in my opinion!). Digital and HD ready...0
