Direct debit date same as payment due date. Ok? (Aqua)

This is the first month where I'm paying my Aqua card by direct debit. I'm worried that the DD date is the same as the payment due date. Is this normal for Aqua? I know that it will be ok as if there is a problem and the payment is late it will be down to them, but I just don't want any hassle.

Yes, it's normal for most, if not all cards. If the due date falls on a weekend/bank holiday then the payment will usually be taken after the due date (on the first business day after) which can seem to be up to 3 days late.0
