Deliberately worsening condition in order to fail WCA.

I'm looking for the provisions in either the decision makers guide, or the ESA regs, that I seem to recall cover deliberately worsening your condition to fail the assessment.
I can't seem to find them - I was wondering if they may be capable of being read across to what happens if WRA worsens your condition, and if that may be a condition of entry into the support group.

Oh, first of all I was reading that as someone was making themselves worse deliberately in order to fail the WCA!
I don't think it makes any difference from what I've heard, though the DWP do sometimes not call someone in for a face to face having read the ESA50 on that basis. Difficult to prove, that calling someone in, definitely does make someone worse."Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can't help them, at least don't hurt them." Dalai Lama0 -

I took it that rogerblack meant work related activity, rather than the WCA.0
