Right for anyone who's ordered one from off here.... Empire are going to take £599 from your account BUT DON'T WORRY! they've had a problem puttin the code through so once they have taken the £599 just call them up and they'll refund the £240 they owe you. Hope this helps.

I ordered the PS3 from Empire Stores on 4/4 and got email confirmation of the discounted print of £359.99. It's just been delivered but my credit card has been charged the full amount of £599.99. I have emailed queries.empire@reccats.co.uk but after 5 days still got no response and trying to get through to customer services is a joke. Any ideas how to resolve please?

You have the wrong email address. it should be queries.empire@redcats.co.uk. copy them your confirmation email with the reduced price and they should refund you the difference. If that fails contact your credit card company as they have taken extra money from your account without your consent which is illegal
