I think i have PPI on my Lloyds CC but still have loan/overdraft with them help

Thanks for taking time to read my question,

I have checked my statement with my Lloyds TSB mastercard and i noticed today a 0.5% PPI charge. I have never asked or knew I had PPI. I have had the card for almost 12 years with balances ranging from 0-3500 I currently have a low £400 on there.

I would like to look at making an enquiry about my PPI but I still have an outstanding Loan being paid to Lloyds not due to finish for another 2 1/2 years and I have a high overdraft with them.
My question is can I make a claim/enquiry against my credit card without effecting my relationship with Lloyds and my other outstanding debts to them.

Kind Regards

Paul

Are you really claiming you have never noticed this alleged unauthorised charge at any time over the last 12 years (possibly 144 statements) ?

Any attempts you make at reclaiming the PPI charges relating to your credit card account should not affect your overdraft or other loans/debts you have with the bank.

In the event you make a succesful claim, they may even put the refund towards offsetting those debts
