Is my credit history bad?

in Credit cards
I got a letter this morning from Capital One offering me a credit card tailored for those with bad credit. What's worrying me is that I wasn't aware I had a bad credit history. I'm 22, had a couple of cards in my time...2 right now (RBS & Natwest Yourpoints), which I've never missed payments on. I had a previous card that I canceled, but I'd never missed a payment on it, just didn't want a card at the time........is this all just marketing? I don't really wanna pay to find out my score, because I've had no reason to think it's bad, other than this letter.
I've had to get a few reissued over the years due to loss/theft etc, surely that doesn't play in to it?
My RBS yourpoints is pretty much maxed out and I'm just paying the minimum, but because of an offer, I have until October next year before any interest or anything.
Put my mind at ease lol

I wouldn't worry to much about it. As long as you always pay at least the minimum each month and never late/miss a payment then you should be fine. Savings £18,000 / £25,000 :beer:0

Unfortuantly credit scoring involves a lot more then just making payments on time.
