Winners will have 4 days from first being contacted to: Acknowledge the prize via the instructions in the winning notification Provide a valid ID in the form of a passport or drivers license and proof they have an active MasterCard card Confirm they wish to accept the prize.
Failure to do this will result in the prize being forfeit and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner or dispose of the prize at its discretion without liability to the winners. How to Enter

1. This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, holding a MasterCard card issued by a UK financial institution, excluding employees and their immediate families of MasterCard, their subsidiaries, other group companies, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw.
2. The prize draw will run from 06/09/2012 - 20/09/2012 inclusive ("Promotional Period").
3. To enter the prize draw, cardholders must visit www.somethingforthefans.co.uk during the Promotional Period and enter their details on the registration page.
4. Only one entry per cardholder per day. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force' or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
5. Numerous factors outside the control of the promoter may interfere with the operation of the website. The promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to the website.

By accepting the prize packages, winners are agreeing to adhere to the terms and conditions of the tickets which form part of their prize, which can be viewed at www.classicbrits.co.uk/terms-conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to remove any winners and/or companions who are not acting in adherence with venue regulations.
13. There is no cash or other alternative for any of the prizes in whole or in part except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with one of equal or greater value at the choosing and discretion of the Promoter.

14. If the event is cancelled for reasons outside of the Promoter’s control or for reasons related to health and safety, there will be no rescheduling of the event and tickets will become void and will not be exchanged for any other prize.
15. Unless otherwise specified, prize items are not covered by warranties and cannot be exchanged or returned with retailers.
16. Winners (and where applicable their companions) must be aged 18 or over.

17. All travel, accommodation and other products and services provided to the prize winners and companions will be provided subject to the terms and conditions of each such provider. Neither MasterCard nor its agents will have any liability in relation thereto, and any dispute arising from travel, accommodation or services must be taken up with such providers.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to the event to any person regardless if they have a valid ticket.
19. The Royal Albert Hall (Venue) reserves the right to refuse entry to The Classic BRIT Awards 2012 with MasterCard to any person regardless of whether they have a valid ticket.
General

20. Prize winners' names and counties are available by sending a self-addressed envelope to 'Something for the Fans: The Classic BRIT Awards Promotion - Winners', PO Box 31586, London, W11 4YB within three months of the Closing Date.
21. Winners and/or companions agree to participate in related publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion without further recompense. This may include but is not limited to photographs taken which may be used for publicity purposes. Please speak to a member of the event team on the night if you would prefer your image not to be used in this way.
22. Sale, transfer or exchange of any part of the prize package is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any prize(s) will result in the prizes being withdrawn by the Promoter and the prize(s) will be declared null and void.
23. The prize must be taken by the winner in person unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
24. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in refused entry or the ticket holders being required to leave the event.
25. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant ticket and disqualify the entrant from the promotion.
26. Please note that flash photography will be used throughout the evening. The Promoter will not be held responsible for the prize winners and/or companions not taking advantage of the prize due to health or any other reason.
