Does anyone know how to contact TNS? I did car visit and they (TNS) made a mistake on their price list so my report can't be sent due to the fact that 3 questions ask if my price and their price are different so there are 3 errors...I emailed them 2 days ago to tell them, then again today but still no reply. I think I get deallocated if they haven't received my report within 48 hours (ie tonight). Any suggestions?

    Video gurus!

I'm having problems with my PV500 EVO / BU18 camera. Basically it keeps cutting out when recording and then starting recording again. I suspect it's a faulty camera wiring connection so may have to be replaced (was bought 2nd hand) Does this fault sound familiar?

    Cheers:)

I have had something like this happen to me intermittently. I think it is a setting to do with motion detection, so that starts a new recording when you move. Not sure what the exact setting would be though.

Does your PVO unit have several options when you go into record. I always use the Preview options, but I think sometime I have hit the motion box instead. Perhaps your previous owner had the preview option set to work in a similar way to this.

My husband downloaded a manual from the internet. Think he just did a google search. So you could try this.

If it wasn't for the 10 queries I'd have done them. The fee (excluding the purchases) was just less than 2 checkout counts. Not sure how that compares to the fee for the assignments you did.

The ones I did paid the same as a full slapper shop (plus purchase). 5 mins online, 5 mins in the store and a 10 min report.

are you sure its not the HMRC you spoke to ?
they would be the authority on taxation... and id go with with they say

Rules for what counts as taxable income for HMRC and what counts as income for benefits are not the same.

That's because there are no jobs, the time frame for the quickies is up this weekend and we've all been bribed with mileage to cover them.
  • Anyone done a chemist audit for GFK before? How long do they usually take?

The first one usually takes twice as long as they say it will, they get quicker as you do them though.
