no injuries to either of us thankfully, car minor so not going to make a claim just notification only to insurance

You've gone up in my estimations after reading that, so many people nowadays milk these kinds of things for everything they can, usually claims of "whiplash" :(

not sure how low your estimations of me were to start with but thank you, i think ;)

some painkillers, anti inflammatory, rest and a massage at the end of next week will be all required i think.

any claim, either on my insurance or the MIB will just cost me and us all more in insurance in the future and i pay more than enough as it is.
Im more annoyed its so close to renewal as well. my last accident was 2 years ago when my car was written off (thankfully by an insured driver) and that claim was more than enough to deal with let alone an uninsured driver claim.. I had full on whiplash and neck problems after that so this back discomfort now is mild in comparison.
knowing the driver and his passenger (car owners son) are each facing multiple charges, and that car is off the road to save causing a worse accident or even a death is enough for me
  • Just logged into Bare and have found that they've assigned me a jewellery shop I applied for - I didn't get an email telling me it had been assigned to me (I thought this would have been standard practice) :/

In the shop log it says Friday-Saturday with due date 27th but I've read that they can be done on a Sunday if the shop is open.

If I do it today, will it allow me to enter the results as the deadline was yesterday?

I've never done a shop after the deadline, but I have submitted a few after the deadline with Bare. I've just noticed that the visits still available have a due date of today so I guess you'll be fine.

I did 2 in the same city a few days apart and found the same MOS in the second one who served me in the first. It was a Sat, but I revisited on the Sunday, sent them an email to tell them and filled in the Q on the Monday after they confirmed I'd be paid for it.

Bit late for you now lol, but good to know.

It should be, they are getting very handy at just allocating jobs with no contact even more annoying when you know that others dropped the jobs and they are re-allocating.

I did the three Glasgow visits for them, plus two in Aberdeen that had nice Premiums added, but that was only within the last couple of weeks. I did the local ones last year too, and think I had to send a chaser email and was paid the following day. I'm not expecting this lot until another couple of weeks....it's a tidy sum though : Some lovely pressies for my daughter towards her 21st anyway (and a nice watch for myself.) :)

Just had an apology email for the delay and payment for mine... by paypal echeque... which means an even longer delay in getting the funds...
