GFK really like to make things hard for you don't they! Just spent 10 minutes on the social media quiz before giving up - there are several questions where several of the options would be valid options. Anyone managed to get through it?

I've dropped several jobs from them in the last few weeks, those quizzes can be way more work than is needed.

the questionnaire is so ridiculously convoluted it's untrue.

Which jobs are those, so I can avoid them?
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?

As no-one stuck their hand up, I'm working away on thread 25 in another window. And I have a question.

UK monkey is no longer around (as far as I know). Is there a 'stock'/ 'standard' whatever spreadsheet I should point towards? Any other top record keeping tips?

It's just a twitter/ email enquiry. really straightforward although the brief would not have you believe that.

Right chaps, I've started a new thread. I've made some changes to the companies post - specifically I have added in some 'what are they like?' comments to companies that I, personally, am familiar with. Good idea? bad idea?

I've also added in DS and it's incognito. I haven't added first tracking as their website appears to be offline. I also haven't added in some of the other companies I'm not familiar with. If you'd like them added please let me know: the website address for sign up, job allocation and payment details. anything else relevant. Please understand I have spent 3 hours today putting the new thread posts together, so don't really have time to do this research for myself.

I've also bodged together a quick video post. As a non-videoer some feedback would be great (Jen_br?)

If you think any other changes are rubbish, please do feel free to comment (and don't get stroppy with me if I disagree - remember I DID ask who wanted to do the new thread!)

Anyhoo: thought/ additions/ comments on this thread, please, and then we can have a tidy up and *sticky* the new post.

The jobs themselves are really easy, the tests are a nightmare, you'd think you were being paid a fortune too.

    Good work
Catalyst no longer pay by cheque, only PayPal and you get hit with a fee for receiving it, which is however tax deductable

It's incognito section has a typo where it should say pay not day
    And an extra
at end of the first post can be removed too

I sacked all of those jobs off for that reason, the briefs are just ridiculous. All it needs to say is:

    Got to this page....
Send this message in your own words...
    Take a screengrab....
Input what you've done so far into our site...
Forward any emails your sent to this address.... with this as the subject....
Complete the full questionnaire on this date....

Instead, it's about 6 pages of meandering drivel that's either pointless, trivial, contradictory, or mind numbingly repetitive.

All else aside, you can say one thing for MF, they know how to write a brief that you can memorise in one reading whilst walking to the car and not be in any doubt about anything.
