Done a TNS assignment where I had to record the appointment. I have tried to upload the file from the dictaphone they have provided me onto the Sassie Shop Review page. It has opened the file upload window and it has fully downloaded onto the file upload window but not uploaded onto the Sassie window. I did not have any issues with the test audio clip. I have downloaded the wma file from the dictaphone to the hdd on my laptop.

Any ideas why this is the case? Its a 34kb file which lasts about 35 mins.

I take it the file you've downloaded to your HDD is bigger than 34kb? I recorded a 48 minute interview and that was just over 11MB.

I also wanted to add I am training new video shoppers and helping out with equipment. I am training around the country and seeking good report writers who want to take the next step.

And unlike the normal routes for report work there is plenty available and the fees avg from 35-75.00

PM me for more info. -- click on my name and you will see an option to PM

Just wanted to say I did a visit with jen (I shopped, she filmed) a while back. She's a good egg and a great source of info for people interested in getting onto video work.

It's also really annoying when posters continually break the forum rules.

Something is wrong right there, no way a 35 min file would be that small.

S'cuse my ignorance, but what is the point of a buyback? Tried Googleing to no avail. I've heard lots of you talking about them on here. Ta

Anyone who can help enlighten me? I'd like to know before I get thrown in the deep end. Thought someone would know on here.

There are a whole host of reasons why a product will be removed from the shelf, there is nothing special or sinister about it, it's just an assignment like any other. You do it and you get paid.

The only thing to bear in mind is that you may have to spend a lot of money upfront buying the various items, you have to be able to transport it from the shop to home or where ever you are going to store it and then have somewhere to put the stuff until you get told how to dispose of it.

The best people to speak to about any jobs you've been offered are the company themselves, they will be able to explain exactly what is involved. The nature of this type of work means it's particularly hush hush as it's commercially sensitive and potentially damaging to reputation so discretion is imperative.
