Recently they have been querying my timings and on one occasion they said they were wrong when I am 100% they were right. I used timer on my iphone and did the shop perfectly, I had a photo of the stop clock results. So after 4 shops where they were sending emails and asking silly questions including getting my appearance wrong I decided not to do any more.

They were ringing me and begging me to do a walk in I refused and they said they would add a premium and change it to drive threw.

When it came to web expressing it was a walk in instruction however on the front page summary bit it said it was a drive threw. I tried to contact them before going and could not get through. We shuffled our whole day around to accommodate this stupid shop. I was hoping when I entered the questionnaire it would be a drive threw. The guy who begged me to do it assured me it was a drive threw. So I did it anyway and sure enough the questionnaire was for a walk in. After sending emails they rang back today and said it was a walk in and as simple as that and that they would not change it or pay me. I told them 'that was it' and not to contact me again.
Consequently they have suspended my acc and they owe me £50 plus the hassle from yesterday and cost of a meal I did not even eat.

I have not been paid for 3 shops because of reasons I am sure are wrong. One time apparently it took me 2 mins to taste the burger (I'm sure this is wrong however I have no proof)
One other time they said my timings were wrong and the first half had 3 mins shaved off but the second time was the same as mine. I am so sure that my timings are right I would put money on it - again how can i prove it?

This makes me think something is a miss. You report dirty floors and then they accuse you of eating a burger too late. I just dont get it. Now they beg me to do a drive threw and they havent put the right paperwork on for me.

I need to write this company off as there is a lot more work in my area for better companies. However I do not want them to get away with this as it has been a massive inconvenience to me and a total waste of mine and my families time.

So to summarise I have done everything right and they are paying some shops and not others. I think it could be a case of trying to get away with not paying or young managers causing trouble to save their bonuses. Basically it is a sham or possibly even a scam either way they need stopping - I have been doing this since feb'13 and have had no problems with any other company and have received excellent feedback from some very good companies therefore I do not accept there is anything wrong with my work and I feel like I am being given the run around by this bunch

I used to have links with a restaurant which uses GAP and my brother has done several hundred assignments for them over the years (and added about two stone in weight). I personally think they're perfectly honest, but some people think it's not for them.

They're one of the few companies that need to get their timings correct to the second, so they do tend to want to check up a lot more than other companies. Equally though, their premiums are often generous.

Ive just read some online reviews about them & have discovered I'm not alone. Must say ive learnt some lessons these first few months and lost a bit of cash.
Luckily i can say at least 5 other companies are proving to be very good indeed - luckily i havent put on 2 stone yet

Because you get good feedback from other companies is not a guarantee that gap will work for you. Really is a different kind of job. Timings without looking obvious aren't always the easiest things and you have to be so regimented. Which you often dont in other MS type jobs.

GAP are pretty much purely about measurables. Complete opposite to RE for instance who just want you to explain how you felt in 4 different ways in 200 characters...

Horses for courses this MSing malarkey, companies that you dont trust (for me AA) I leave well alone.
Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk

Well stated, also GfK are also very good at asking you to 'to explain how you felt in 4 different ways in 200 characters...'

TNS can be annoying as you cannot phone them, thus taking a day to sort a minor issue after loads of emails, which could have been sorted in a one min phone call! But TNS, Grass and Bare seem the better companies to undertake assignments for. I signed up for GAP, but was expelled as I didn't undertake a burger job in a mater of weeks.

Hi. I've noticed chat on here about TNS train jobs. The only TNS client that ever shows for me on VAS or Sassie is the big supermarket. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.
