Ill never truely get some people who dont seem to let little things go and respect companies wishes, regardless of how silly they may seem...

I didn't say Assosia or Mystery Dining Company did have anything to do with Bare. You mentioned to the other poster that MSC but not their clients can be named so I helpfully pointed out that Assosia and the Mystery Dining Company don't like being named.

Contrary to what you claim, it is not a little thing at all. I value my freedom of speech especially when it's not against the rules of this forum to mention MSC and especially MSC like Assosia and Mystery Dining Company who have websites that detail exactly the sort of work they do. I respect what needs respecting. I don't consider attempts by MSC to subordinate their self employed contractors to the extent that they cannot even mention the company's name as worthy of respect.

Your views are yours to have and post Whitelabel and so are mine. Either way I'll mention any MSC, including Assosia and Mystery Dining Company as and when I see fit. I will not of course make any mention of their clients or the type of projects they are currently undertaking.

On a slightly separate note. Thanks for mentioning them. I'm new to mystery shopping and am with MF but have been looking for another to join. For obvious reasons I hadn't heard about the first one but will have a look into it.

Go on the Assosia website and you'll get a flavour of what they do as mystery shopping is not really their thing but they have a wide range of work. Much of it is short notice. I don't have any problems with them, others on here have had run ins though to be fair you can say that about most MSC.

I think the amount of work you'll get depends on your location as they do go to their established contractors first. However if you are in a location that they don't have good coverage you could get plenty.

I'd look at the first page as there are plenty of MSC who are worth signing up with. Most of us are registered with most of them.

Anyone else got next to nothing lined up this week or is it just me?
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?

Last Wed I had absolutely nothing, not even a cheap MF supermarket job :(. Since then, I picked up 6 jobs over the weekend, a meal tomorrow and 8 jobs on Thu.

This MS lark defo goes in fits and starts.

As does the tradeplating lark, and it's bloody quiet on that front!

    Might go on holiday....

Agreed with that, although I don't work for either of those two, there are certain parts of most trades that like their discretion (I work for one in another industry), if you can't abide by that, just don't get involved with them.

I picked up several jobs that had been dropped by others over the weekend for today and tomorrow, the TNS quickies will sort out some of Thursday and Friday along with TNS electricals, Bare smellies and a couple of other bits will keep me busy.

Looking back at this time last year it was quiet too and there was also a post Easter slump but I've done less jobs for more money this year than I did last.
