Hate those MF shops where they give about 20% of the reimbursement needed to get something nice from an expensive clothes shop. Be lucky to get socks for the reimbursement they give. Defeats Mystery Shopping as your spend more than you would anywhere else. So Mystery shopping effectively leaves you more skint.

HELP please, can someone please tell me what the technical term/phrasing is for the process whereby shops and other businesses give customers a card requesting them to complete a customer service survey on-line? I know there is a specific phrase for this but cannot for the life of me think what it is - having another menopausal moment I think!

Oh and I do have a life, honest. I don't just sit here and look for new shops to alert about hahaha.

Oh and to all those I referred to the "panel", you should have about £50 saved up now, so you might want to start redeeming them.

Oh and well done to RA for having updated the train station reports. So much easier now without the 100,000 word commentary.
