Student Personal Effect Insurance - Shared House

Can anyone recommend a good, reasonably priced, policy for a student's personal effects (laptop, phone etc.) for my daughter who is now living in a shared house?

She was in halls last year and took out the Endsleigh student policy. We didn't think it was much good.

Would the housemates be better off all chipping in for a household policy?

Thanks for any advice.

  • Maybe. The only way to find out is contact some brokers or the insurers directly.

It maybe an issue that they are not related just a student share so may have pitfalls.

Comparison sites are probably useless for your needs.
