I posted this elsewhere but thought some readers on this board might benefit

- this is the last year before being phased out
- last year it was underspent by £50 million which went back to the treasury
- this year only 11,766 people have applied, many many more grants are available before its phased out
- yesterday changes were made so that more types of claim are admissible
- if you applied and were turned down .. .. before 12th September .. .. apply again
- if you have never applied do so .. .. you never know
- £3,500 per grant or £6,000 if you live in the middle of nowhere without a gas supply need oil central heating

The Warm Homes Scheme in Northern Ireland
