Thanks, I have done the above (not got to the complaints procedure yet). My company is Admiral and they are very slow to correspond with me.
I don't think they even read my correspondence or have properly looked at my diagram because they sent me a reply stating I don't have a case based on a previous case that went to court.
The said court case ruled against the party who made a very similar manoeuvre but with some mitigating factors to the third party in my case.

get a diagram drawn up of the scene a google earth screen shot and print out of the roundabout of who should be in what lane to take what exit if theres clear signage and roadmarking get thoseaswell.
