1. CONTEST PERIOD:
8pm. Eastern European Summer Time (EEST) on September 4th, 2012 (start of Entry period), and closes at 8pm EEST on October 2nd. The winner is announced on October 4th.
The "Visit Estonia" contest (hereafter "the contest") is organized by Think! Social Media! Inc. on behalf of Enterprise Estonia (hereafter the "contest sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY:
The contest is open to people in UK, US, Canada, Australia, Austria, Spain, the Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium, Lithuania, Poland, Italy, Czech Republic, Asia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to apply: employees of the contest sponsor, Think! Social Media, its affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, contest suppliers and judges, and anyone with whom they are domiciled. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations and where prohibited by law. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and contest sponsor's and decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Please don't attempt to participate in this contest if you are ineligible according to these guidelines.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase necessary.
To register, visit the contest website at http://www.facebook.com/visitestonia. Complete the entry form. All fields are mandatory, unless otherwise indicated. Participants must register themselves. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person,. Participants are required to submit their full contact name and email address for the purposes of identification and contest administration. Applying more than once for the contest could result in disqualification. Before you submit your application, you must carefully read, and agree to, the official contest rules.
Proof of entry does not mean you have been accepted as a candidate of the contest. Entries will only be accepted if they are submitted on the contest website. No other means of entry will be accepted. Entries that are late, incomplete, contain errors, or that fail to respect the official contest rules will be considered void and ineligible for entry.
4. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Be submitted by participants who are available to travel between October 10th 2012 and November 30th 2012 inclusively. By taking part in the contest, participants acknowledge that they are legally able to travel in Estonia, and have the appropriate travel documents in their possession.
By entering the contest, participants agree to release all rights to the submitted entry (see rule 7 below).
5. SELECTION PROCESS
The contest sponsor will randomly select the winner out of the received entries.
The official announcement of the Visit Estonia contest winner will be made online on October 4, 2012. This date is subject to change, at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor.

6. THE PRIZE

6.1. when only liking Visit Estonia Facebook page and registering to the campaign the prize will be:
- Round-trip transportation for a maximum of two (2) people by airplane tickets provided by Estonian Air from any city in the the countries where people can enter in the contest to Tallinn.
- 3 nights' accommodation for a maximum of two (2) people, double occupancy, in a at least three-star hotel in Tallinn
6.2 when liking Visit Estonia Facebook page, registering to the campaign and making a tailor-made trip via TripPlanner the prize will be:
- Round-trip transportation for a maximum of two (2) people by airplane tickets provided by Estonian Air from any city in the the countries where people can enter in the contest to Tallinn.
- 3 nights' accommodation for a maximum of two (2) people, double occupancy, in a at least three-star hotel in Tallinn or depending on the winners chosen destinations for 2 people (not less than 3 stars; depending on the capabilities and destinations)
- Transportation in Estonia (in case the tailor-made trip will go outside of Tallinn) for two days.
- Activities: vouchers depending on the tailor-made trip - max 500 EUR for 2 people
- Food and dining - vouchers from service providers depending on the tailor-made trip - max 500 EUR for 2 people
The following conditions apply to the prize:
6.3 All other costs will be at the expense of the winners and his/her guest. These include, but are not limited to, the cost of transportation to the airport from their place of residence, meals and drinks not included in the package, gratuities, taxes, insurance and items of a personal nature.
6.4 Transportation by airplane: If the winner decides not to travel by airplane, no credit or reimbursement will be awarded. The winner and his/her guest must take flight from the same airport and must travel together.
6.5. The actual retail value of the Prize will depend on the fares at time of departure and the value of the hotel room during the period of stay.
6.6. The Winners must comply with the Contest Sponsor's terms & conditions.

7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE:
The prize winner will be notified by email on October 2nd, 2012 . To be declared a winner, the selected Visit Estonia winner must send a return email accepting the prize within 48 hours of receiving notification from the contest sponsor. Once this has been completed, the winner will be told how to make necessary arrangements.
If the winner declines the prize, the contest sponsor reserves the right to cancel the prize.
The prize must be accepted as it is awarded. The prize cannot be substituted for another prize, except at the sole discretion of the contest sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable. The winner's refusal to accept the prize absolves the contest sponsor from any obligation associated with the said prize.
