I would be careful with Sainsbury's offers - my local store has a habit of not honouring the 'sale' tickets. It's definitely a good idea to double check your receipts if you're buying 'sale' stuff.

    Never had a problem myself.

If anyone has noticed that bertolli sauces have disappeared from the shelves in your store its because they are being phased out due to poor sales apparently.

The soup/pot noodles/packs of rice were being re arranged so maybe soem new lines were being integrated and some lines were being phased out.

Dam i forgot to get soem cheese I noticed that looked like it was phased out.

The soups and Pot Noodles section has been rejigged the past couple of days. Got the Uncle Ben Ricetimes and the Dolmio versions (refuse to pay £1.99 for them) have been dressed in. So glad that the small tins of Heinz soup and Cupasoups are lower down now. Such a pain as got in such a mess when I tried to put delivery out on that area or dressing it on the top shelf!

This morning I picked up a few Osem marble cakes. These 400g cakes were priced at only 20p each. I can't remember how much they were originally but on MySupermarket they are showing them around £2.49. I don't know if it's store specific but they were in the regular aisle with all the other "ethnic foods".

Hi I know it's not food but yesterday in Sainsbugs in Huddersfield they had Pukka pads the 'splash' design marked down (I figured they may be useful to some of you, and as you are looking at the Sainsbobs thread I figured you had access to the store)...

    A4 was £4.99 now £1.50
    A5 was £3.99 now 89p
    A5 academic planner was £4.99 now 99p

(the was price for the planner may be wrong)

be wary though as they had all the designs mixed up, and the others are still full price.
