How much is a good rate to pay for cleaning out gutter, fascia & soffit ? We have always done it ourselves, but it just takes so long to do. Just wondered what the going rate is?

You can't clean out fascias and soffit boards unless you mean clean up and paint.
As far as gutters are concerned I suppose it matters how accessible it is and how long it is.
Probably £80 - £100 for an average house. Just guessing.
Don't let anyone suggest they can do it quickly with a pressure washer. All you end up with is dirty water and gunk flowing down your nice walls and sprayed all over the car, washing, next door neighbours cat etc etc.
