I got crohns and ileostomy is there any charity out there that can help people with this problem thank you

I don't know how useful the charities are but there is a Crohns forum here: http://www.crohnszone.org/forum/index.php that seems quite active. Some of their members may be able to help you with signposting to organisations that might help you
