DRO and Credit report

I have just signed up to noddle and checked my report. My debt relief order shows up and states the date order was 30/06/10 and it was discharged 30/06/11.
In my DRO I had all my debts added. All of these are shown as closed and settled/satisfied on my noddle report.
But in the open accounts section 2 accounts that I had added to the DRO are shown as being active and defaulted. One is a Barclycard for £2K and a catalogue account for £500 with littlewoods. They are updated to 11/08/12 and have defaulted me every month since the DRO.
Why are these still showing as active/open when all the other accounts in the DRO are showing as closed shouldnt they be shown as closed satisfied/settled? And what can I do about them?
