VCS can't give you a CCJ. Only a court can do that.

Now, take a deep breath and tell us what the correspondence you have actually says. Is it merely the (vacant) threat of CCJs and all sorts of other doom? Is it full of may's and might's?

If you are genuine, then some more information would be helpful.

bascilyy i had a fine from VCS last year i received the letters to my home address and i ignored them as advised they then were passed on to roxboure again i ignored them and advised them to stop harassing me eventually i received a pack from Sheffield county court but the letter was printed very poor and i didnt think it was genuine so i ignored it.... i went to open a bank account today and was advised i cant due to having a CCJ i spoke to Sheffield county court and they have advised me that the CCJ has been placed by VCS they advised me to fill out a N244 form but this didnt help the worse thing after speaking to experian to get details of the CCJ i found that they havnt even got my correct name they have added a middle name which does not even exist how are the hell can they do this it does not make sense?????

Please put comma's, full stops and capitals as it is very difficult to read.
I suggest you also put this on pepipoo.com.
Its a pity you ignored the court papers without getting advice as we never suggest that it is safe to do so without checking with the court first.
It may be that the horse has bolted.
