Hi Everyone
My partner and i have been on a waiting with our local authority, we have been on the list for about four years and were told not to undertake any work that we expected to be done under the grant. We had about 80 points and 10 are added each year (need 100 to qualify). However this week we received a letter from the council telling that they cant sustain the grant sytem adn it was to be abolished, and politley told us to re-aply if it gets restarted. Is this legal !!!????.
