1st Time Travel insurance claim... help!

Our bag have been delayed since Sunday and we still haven't found out if they're lost altogether, or if they're going to be returned yet
we flew with jet2, and have basic travel insurance with travel guard
we cant claim for delayed baggage under our travel insurance, but can we claim against jet2?
we don't have receipts for around 90% of the clothes in our bag, will this mean we cant claim for the items if the bag is lost?
Are there any guides to claiming?
Any help will be great
