    You should be ok for paper statements. I'm paperless - have been for years - and can't find any option for switching back to paper. But in all the bumpf it mentions 'opting' for paperless which kind of suggests paper statements are the default.

    Seems to be paperless by default :(
    • Online Card Services: This account is set up with paperless statements. To access your statement simply register with Online Card Services, where you'll also be able to check your balance, transaction history, view your pin, manage your direct debits/balance transfers and much more
