Backdating WTC...

I've just received the result of my WTC claim and they're going to pay me £70 a week. However, I sent a covering note, asking them to backdate it by just under a month which they haven't done. Do you think I just call up and ask them to do that...?

i did this and did it by phoning them up and telling them it is the best way!0
