PRAISE - Tyrrells crisps

I had a bag of Tyrells last week which I wasn't happy with.
I sent them a polite email saying that I was disappointed with them and why.
I did however go on to say that as I had eaten them I didn't want a refund, especially as the crisps were on offer for £1.00.
A couple a days later an email came back from their customer care team asking for my address so they could send me a sample box. I replied with my address and thanked them for their offer.
Today came a box with 4 x 150g bags of assorted flavours. Postage alone was over £3.00.
Very impressed with their Customer Care and prompt action.
