  • What I am saying I like to attend work programme, do me good to learn and try to improve my right support for going back to work but I felt ATOS put me 3-6 months is rather cruel and not enough time. I just had rang them up and told me it was too late for appeal for support group bnecause I clearly didnt underastand the wjole process on ESA. They say i had to wait for another atos and might change it longer.

But the problem is i don't want to go back to doctor asking for more sick note even I still in work programme look rather silly.

As you are already in the WRAG you do not need to provide Fit Notes when you are re-assessed, you will continue to receive the WRAG rate until a new decision is made.

Admittedly I have waited 4 months on no money to get anywhere...
Why did you have no money?

    Hi all

Just wanted to let you know that today I qualified after months of waiting for ESA . I have been put in to the WRAG which in book is wonderful.

The reason I am letting you know is because in the build up to this I have read everything possible on the whole ATOS/ESA system and it scared me half to death . I have been so stressed over the whole thing and have made my illness a hundred times worse in the process . Admittedly I have waited 4 months on no money to get anywhere but my ATOS WCA was dealt with kindness ,understanding and total respect and I dont feel I could have been dealt with any better .

So I suppose what I wanted to say to anyone going through the same process is to hang on in there and try not to stress yourself as much as I did..
Before ESA they had incapacity and disability allowance, I assume all these have gone out the window now then, ESA stinks! Well thats what I think anyway. I have read negative things about it. how they try to force sick people to go back to work. Its hard enough getting a job if you are healthy so what chance has a sick person got. Plus the waiting game as well to get on ESA.
  • I think the ESA should be phased out - it loads of rubbish and waste of time, taxpayer cost with appeal and win, re-assessment and all over again. The ESA should be replaced with fairer one!

If my next re-assessment is failed again with ATOS, then I probably better off hanged myself, I had enough with all these stress and don't want to go through all over again.

ESA is stink! The government don't care anymore. We all better off DEAD and peaceful in god.

Jesus and god won't be very happy and all these peoples at ATOS, DWP and government will go to HELL in RIOT!
