The Promotion is open to UK, IoM and CI residents aged 18 and over only, except employees and their immediate families of Nestl! UK Ltd, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
Only one entry per person allowed. Bulk entries from consumers, consumer groups, the Trade or any third parties will not be accepted.
Closing date for this draw is midnight on Friday 7th December 2012.
Winners and their guest must be 18 or over, except where the winner is the parent or legal guardian of the accompanying minor.
There are 20 prizes in total split into two categories. Entrants will have the opportunity to opt in to their preferred prize. Prize details as follows:

10 x pairs of tickets to watch England vs. Australia on day one of the second Ashes Test at Lord's Cricket Ground which starts on Thursday 18th July 2013. Prize does not include travel or accommodation.

10 x pairs of admission only tickets to The Eden Project in Cornwall. Prize includes one pair of tickets plus one nights' accommodation (arranged by Nestl!) but does not include travel.

Entrants must complete all required fields on the online entry form to be in with a chance of winning including Name, address, email, date of birth and phone number.
Only one entry per person. Any entrant found to be attempting to circumvent this by use of multiple email accounts will be disqualified.
The draw will include all entries received up to and including midnight on the Closing Date. The names of 10 entrants from each prize category will be drawn at random, under independent supervision, from all valid entries and shall be deemed potential winners. Potential winners will be contacted, within 28 days after the closing date, initially by phone to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions and to obtain convenient dates for Eden Project category entrants to take advantage of their prize. Following confirmation of the above the entrant will be deemed to be a winner. Dates are subject to availability. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the potential winners during this time. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of first attempting to do so, Nestl! Waters UK Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award that prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the originals.
The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.
