child tax credits help!!

my daughter is in nursery which i used to get money to help pay the fees off tax credits since i sent my tax renewal off i didnt know i had to send evidence from nursery so my money was stopped i have since sent the evidence but haven't had a payment for about a month now and they told me Monday i would get my money Thursday i have just foned my bank and there is no tc going in :0 i just dont know what to do because my nursery bill is getting higher and higher and they wont wait forever! and everytime i fone tc they just say that there is nothing they can do and just say wen money will be in but it never goes in
