Travel insurance query

Hi
Hope someone can assist with my concern.
I am traveling to India in February to attend a Hindu festival.
The festival will have, by some estimates, 110m attendees.
Now - I've booked a hotel room (via booking.com) and have received a confirmation of my booking.
Is there a level of travel insurance that would cover me should I arrive at my hotel to find that the room I'd booked has been given to somebody else? Or if the price has increased beyond that quoted during my booking?
There have been a few occasions in the past when rooms I've booked in hotels in India have been unavailable or there has been a 'new price' on my arrival. This had been previously easy to rectify but I suspect it'll be more difficult with 100m+ pilgrims looking for a bed.
All advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Lester

No travel insurance would cover the hotel breaking its contract.0
