Terms & Conditions Received - Where is PPI Mentioned?

Hi all,
I have received the T&C's from both HSBC and Cap1 after following the step by step guide about claiming PPI (Filled in the template letter)
However the T&C's don't mention anything about PPI.
Does this mean I didn't have it or am I missing something?
Help is much appreciated

If it was arranged at point of sale (and it not a mortgage) then it would appear on the documentation. If it was arranged post sale then it would not appear on the documentation. If you didnt have it then it would not appear on the documentation.
