Say hello in the language of the destination you’d like to visit. So for Paris its ‘Bonjour!’, for Madrid say ‘Ola!’, for Berlin it’s ‘Hallo!’ or for Rome say ‘Ciao!’.
All accommodation and flights are included in the prize, and to make things a little easier during your stay, they have even thrown in a language pack for the country you are visiting.
Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel. Spending money not included.
Prize must be taken between 01 October and 31st March 2013 and is subject to availability and excluding peak events. Once dates are confirmed there will be an admin fee for any changes made to the reservation. Fee varies in accordance with the airline.

It's happened to me before, and from what I remember, I've never opted out.
Don't bother emithering them too, I've tried that twice, and they have ignored me on both occassions. Even tried Facebook, and that didn't work.
